Before the tour, you'll sign a contract in which you indicate that you act at your own risk and that you reimburse E-bike tours Carvoeiro for any damage to the E-bike caused by you.
Pictures taken during the tours can be used for our social media platforms. Please inform our guide know if you don't want these to be used.
Do you have complaints?
There is a complains book available in the shop and at the bottom of this page.
Here are other main rules:
• The use of helmet is mandatory, these are offered by us to you, free of charge;
• Because of the sizes of the bikes, the minimum height to go on tour is 1.50m (4'11'');
• In case of bad weather or slippery roads, mainly caused by rain, E-bike tours Carvoeiro has the right to unilaterally cancel your reservation for safety reasons;
• The renter of the E-bike may not be under the influence of alcohol and drugs;
• The telephone or photo camera may not be used while riding the E-bike.
